Best Time for Ajanta Ellora Caves Tour Packages
October to March is the best time, with cool, dry days. The monsoon, from July to September, turns the Ajanta gorge green and brings the waterfall to life, but paths can be wet. April to June is very hot. Remember that Ajanta is closed on Mondays and Ellora on Tuesdays.

We do not suggest it. Ajanta is about 100 km from Aurangabad and Ellora about 30 km, in different directions.
