DAY 02: DELHI

After breakfast, immerse yourself in Delhi’s rich heritage and culture with a unique blend of Walking and Car Tours. Explore the authentic Delhi, designed by those who know it best. As the sun sets, experience the captivating Red Fort Light & Sound Show, where history comes to life against the backdrop of this grand monument.

Step into the enchanting heritage of Shahjahanabad, Delhi’s walled city. Here, history comes to life amidst vibrant markets, colorful shops, charming architecture, exquisite cuisine, and rich traditions. Don’t miss iconic landmarks like the majestic Jama Mosque (Masjid-i Jahān-Numā) and the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Red Fort (Lal Qila). In the afternoon or evening, venture into New Delhi, the modern counterpart to the former British capital of India. DAY 03: DELHI – AGRA 

(Approximately 210 kilometers, or a 3-4 hour drive)

After breakfast, we will drive to the “Indian heritage city Agra.” Upon arriving in Agra, we will embark on a journey of sightseeing and visits.

Nestled on the serene banks of the Yamuna River, Agra is a global treasure, alluring millions each year to witness the iconic Taj Mahal and explore its historical riches. Known for Mughal architectural mastery, Agra boasts three UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal. Immerse yourself in a tapestry of history, architectural marvels, and artistic heritage, leaving an indelible mark on your soul. Agra is a must-visit destination.

Explore the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a universally admired masterpiece and symbol of India’s rich history. Celebrated as the “Jewel of Architecture,” it represents the zenith of Mughal design and was honored as one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.                      

DAY 04: AGRA 

Start your day with a mesmerizing sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. Afterward, return to your hotel/resort to freshen up before embarking on a day of exploration in Agra.

Begin your journey in Agra with a visit to the UNESCO-listed Agra Fort, an architectural marvel with a rich history that dates back to the Mughal era. Next, discover the exquisite Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb, often called the ‘Baby Taj Mahal,’ for its influence on the iconic monument. Conclude your day at Sikandra Tomb, the resting place of Emperor Akbar, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Agra’s heritage and history await your exploration.

DAY 05: AGRA – FATEHPUR SIKRI / JAIPUR  

(Approximately 240 kilometers, or a 4-5 hour drive)

After breakfast, continue your journey to Jaipur, making stops to explore the UNESCO-listed sites of Fatehpur Sikri and Keoladeo National Park along the way. Upon reaching Jaipur, you will be transferred to hotel/resort.

Explore Fatehpur Sikri, the “City of Victory,” a UNESCO world heritage site and a testament to architectural excellence, founded by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. It briefly served as the Mughal Empire’s capital, leaving a significant imprint on Indian town planning with its uniform Mughal architectural style and grand gateways. Keoladeo National Park, formerly known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, is another UNESCO world heritage site. Initially, a royal hunting reserve in the 1850s for Maharajas and the British, it now hosts over 370 bird and animal species.

DAY 06: JAIPUR 

After breakfast, embark on a captivating Jaipur sightseeing tour, where you’ll discover the UNESCO-listed city’s heritage and architectural gems. As evening descends, journey to an ethnic village on Jaipur’s outskirts, delving deep into Rajasthan’s rich culture. Engage in time-honored art, customs, and activities. Wrap up this unforgettable experience with a delicious Rajasthani feast, a true taste of local traditions and flavors.

Jaipur, the Pink City, is a UNESCO-listed world heritage city and the gateway to Rajasthan’s royal kingdom. Founded by King Maharaja Jai Singh II, a renowned mathematician and astronomer, it became India’s first planned city in 1727. Jaipur captivates with its cuisine, marvelous architecture, natural beauty, and the warmth of its residents. This city is a treasure trove of rich culture, living history, and vibrant colors. After breakfast, transfer to Jaipur Airport or continue driving to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to the airport for your onward journey.

Delhi International Airport, situated approximately 280 kilometers away, can be reached in just 5-6 hours by road travel.
